3. Appointments & Bookings
- Appointments can be booked via our website, email, WhatsApp, or phone.
- A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. You will be informed of this at the time of booking.
- Please arrive on time. If you are late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit may be non-refundable.
- No-shows may result in the loss of your deposit and may affect future bookings.
5. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer (Tide Bank), or other agreed methods.
- Offers and discounts (e.g., the 50% off promotion) are time-limited and may be withdrawn at any time.
